N baje may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If the Terms & Conditions are violated.

• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• Extended period of inactivity (12 months).

To close your account, please contact our support team. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.
